*Must register for one day pass or full conference to attend preconference workshop.

The cost of the reception, certain meals, and evening entertainment are included in the registration fee. Conference attendees may invite guests to these events for a per-person fee for each event.

Meals Included with Conference Registration:

    • Reception – Tuesday evening (light appetizers)

    • Breakfast – Wednesday ONLY (no breakfast on Thursday or Friday)

    • Lunch – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

    • Dinner – Thursday

Registration fees include a complimentary individual TxDLA Membership and an Associate Membership in USDLA. This is not included with the One Day Pass.

Don’t forget about our special workshops – including some informative pre-conference sessions. 

Limited scholarships are available. Complete the TxDLA scholarship form to apply. Scholarship application opens in January.

Cancellation policy: You must make all cancellations in writing via email to Lisa Tomsio at or by mail to TxDLA, 823 Congress Ave., Suite 230, Austin, TX 78701. 

Cancellations made on or before  2/6/14 will receive full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Between 2/7/14 and  2/28/14 , you will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations received after  3/1/14. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
